1. General Terms

This Agreement governs the relationship between the user and AVI Stocks when using the website avistocks.com and the services provided through it.

2. Use of Services

The user agrees to use the website for lawful purposes. The company may modify or discontinue the services.

3. Registration and Account

Some services require registration. The user is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of their data.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payment for services is made according to the tariffs published on avistocks.com. All settlements are carried out in accordance with the legislation of Georgia.

If the client is not satisfied with the quality of the service, they may request a refund within 5 calendar days from the moment of payment.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials on the website belong to AVI Stocks and are protected by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

The company is not responsible for losses arising from the use or inability to use the website.

7. Termination of Access

The company may restrict access in case of violation of the terms. The user has the right to delete their account.

8. Changes to the Agreement

The company may change the terms of the agreement with notification on the website.

9. Governing Law

The agreement is governed by the legislation of Georgia. All disputes are resolved by the courts of Georgia.
